Recruitment Requirements

1. No gender restrictions. Job assignments may be made to various workshops, including positions such as reeling machine operator, bagging worker, inspector, warp knitting machine operator, cloth repair worker, cage loading worker, dyeing worker, yarn drying worker, packing worker, warping worker, sizing worker, yarn weighing worker, etc.

Welfare Benefits

1. Employee wages are calculated based on output, with more work resulting in higher pay. The average wage in 2013 was approximately 3500 yuan, with the highest reaching 7000 yuan.

2. Full attendance bonus of 100 yuan, paid monthly in cash.
